Electric oven for heat treatments.

The construction of these ovens corresponds to the highest standards in terms of:

- Insulating materials
- Electrical components for resistors and connections
- Electronic components for regulation ...

The refractory and insulating materials chosen allow minimum heat loss, with very high mechanical strengths, both cold and hot. Their capacity to withstand thermal shocks is of the same level as on industrial furnaces.

The resistors are exclusively produced in metals with the highest performance requirements on the market.

The electronic regulation of the heating system corresponds to the highest quality standards.

3 models immediately available:

Hearth width 100mm - height 100mm - 3 depths: 350, 500 or 600 mm.

On demand :

Hearth width 200mm - height 100mm - 3 depths: 350, 500 or 600 mm.

Precautions:

Check the label on the back of the oven, in order to correctly connect it to your electrical network ...

For the first use, it is recommended to heat the oven up to 600 ° C for 4 hours, without any parts to heat inside.

For a better longevity of the oven, be careful not to heat metal parts containing oily residues, or plastic or resin parts. Also avoid heating metal parts with coatings such as Cadmium, Zinc, Chromium, etc. which could pollute the furnaces and their components because of the melting temperature lower than the heating temperature.

To preserve the insulation, the refractories and the heating elements, it is necessary to close the door during the heating phase and also during the cooling phase.

Use :

Place the oven away from any flammable material.

Connect the oven to the electrical network: a permanent connection, directly to a junction box, will generate less overheating of the connectors than a connection via a power outlet.

Activate the red main switch, in position 1.

Function of the thermoregulator:

Press the Return button.

Play with the “up” or “down” sliders to increase or decrease the temperature.

Press the Return button to stop the set temperature.

The lower display shows the desired temperature.

The upper display shows the temperature in the oven.

The oven will heat up until it reaches the set temperature.

Once the temperature has been reached, leave the oven and the parts to be heated on for the necessary time, depending on the thicknesses and / or the masses of the parts, which must reach the temperature set at the core if necessary.

You can then turn off the switch or unplug the oven.
